Pachacamac Tour

Barranco & Chorrillos

We will visit the bohemian district of Barranco, seeing its main square, La Ermita church and the emblematic Bridge of Sighs, we will pass through the district of Chorrillos and then head to the Sanctuary of Pachacamac. On this interesting tour we will travel through more than 1800 years of history. Pachacamac was the main sanctuary of the central coast for more than 1,200 years. We will visit the Site Museum where we will appreciate the original Totem Pole of Pachacamac, textiles, ceramics, etc. Pachacamac was an oracle capable of predicting the future and controlling the movements of the earth. Then we will tour the citadel to appreciate its main constructions such as the Aclawasi Temple, Old Temple, Painted Temple, Pyramids, streets and then we will go up to The Imposing Temple of the Sun. After this beautiful experience we will return to the hotel.
